People, who constantly live in the atmosphere of provoking hostility, are capable of any step, Nagorno Karabakh President Arkadi Ghukasian stated when commenting on the recent attempt of the Azeri diversionary unit to cross the contact line of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azeri armed forces. “Speaking about barbarity we do not mean the nation which is a neighbor to us. We imply the authorities encouraging crimes”, the NKR leader said. In this view he stated that the international community should necessarily comment on the crimes, committed by the Azeri side in past, including the massacre of Armenians perpetrated in the Azeri town of Sumgait in 1998.
