AZERI PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV DOES NOT AGREE WITH OPINION OF KARABAKH SETTLEMENT DEADLOCK

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev does not hold the opinion that the process of the Karabakh conflict settlement has reached a deadlock. “I cannot comment on the grounds for such statements”, Aliyev stated upon his arrival in Baku after his formal visit to Kazakhstan. As reported by RIA Novosti, Aliyev again mentioned about “the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan” as the only way-out of the created situation. To remind, Yuri Merzlyakov, the Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group for Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement has recently stated about the deadlock in the Karabakh settlement.
