The conference on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement under the aegis of the OSCE Minsk Group (MG) will be held in Prague today. Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers Vardan Oskanian and Elmar Mamedyarov as well as MG co-chairs including newly appointed US co-chair Steven Mann are to participate in it. To remind, the meeting was planned for March 29, however, by request of the Azeri party it had been postponed for an uncertain period. As Armenian MFA press secretary Hamlet Gasparian reported earlier, “the Minsk Group is supposed to organize the meting in order to introduce clarity between the ministers and the international mediators.
