Armenian President Robert Kocharian positively assesses his meeting with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev that took place in Warsaw April 28, RA foreign minister Vardan Oskanian told journalists in Yerevan today. In his words, this meeting could serve as a basis for common ground during the further rounds of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. As the minister noted, the talks conducted by the Presidents in Warsaw totally differ from their first meeting in Geneva that bore an acknowledging character. He also scheduled the next meeting of R. Kocharian and I. Aliyev within the framework of one of the recurrent international conferences.
