Itera international group of oil and gas companies offers Gazprom to buy its share of Armgasprom CJSC. As a source in Gazprom reported to Vedomosti Russian newspaper, “they are considering the expediency of the proposal at present”. To remind, the Armenian ministry of energy and Gazprom Russian company with 45% each are the principal shareholders of Armgasprom. Itera possesses 10% of the stocks. In case of purchasing Itera’s share, Gazprom will become the owner of Armgasprom’s controlling stock.
