The Armenian National Committee for Television and Broadcasting rendered the 23-th decimetric frequency to the ministry of transport communications of Armenia for the transmission of Culture Russian TV Channel in Yerevan due to the Armenian-Russian intergovernmental agreement. To remind, earlier NTV Russian TV channel was transmitted on the frequency.
