ARMENIAN PRESIDENT SATISFIED WITH LEVEL OF US-ARMENIAN RELATIONS

Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian received US Deputy Assistant to Secretary of State Laura Kennedy. As reported by the presidential Press Service, in the course of the meeting R. Kocharian said he was satisfied with the level of the Armenian-American relations. Having appreciated the efficiency of the latest meeting of the Armenian-American Economic Cooperation Working Group, the parties also paid much attention to the economic component of the bilateral relations. In the course of the conversation regional problems were discussed, specifically, the Karabakh settlement. It should be noted that the President thanked the American Government for contribution in holding reforms in the country.
