Armenian President Robert Kocharian and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev continue negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in Bucharest. Yesterday the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders lasted some 4 hours. To note, the talks are held within the framework of the Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation.
