Arsen Voskanyan has been appointed head of Armenia’s Main Directorate of Community Police and deputy chief of police by order of the interior minister.
Voskanyan, a police colonel, previously headed the Lori Regional Department of the Criminal Police Directorate under Armenia’s Interior Ministry. He has been relieved of that position following his new appointment.
