BAKU STATEMENTS ON NEED TO START KARABAKH TALKS FROM BLAND PRINT IS CALL TO RESUME HOSTILITIES, ARMENIAN POLITICIAN CONSIDERS

The statement by Azeri President Ilham Aliyev on the need to start talks over settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict from a bland print is nothing else but a call to resumption of hostilities in the conflict zone, leader of the party of the Christian-Democratic Union of Armenia Khosrov Harutyunian told journalists. In his words, such a stance, aiming at leading the talks over peaceful settlement into a stalemate, is a challenge against the international community and the OSCE Minsk Group.
