Head of the UN monitoring mission for the struggle against drugs and crime Bryan Taylor refuted the reports of Trend Azeri agency stating that plants containing drugs are being grown in Nagorno Karabakh. “I have not made any report on Nagorno Karabakh. It is not political but a technical mission”, stated B. Taylor within the frames of his regional visit in Yerevan. To note, according to Armenian sources, the UN missioners are as well going to visit Nagorno Karabakh. However, Azerbaijan demanded to start for Stepanakert from Baku and engage Azeri experts in the group. The conditions being inadmissible for the Karabakh party, the UN experts decided to postpone the visit for an uncertain period.
