Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh Terry Davis is arriving in Armenia within the framework of the regional visit. Today T. Davis will leave Yerevan for Nagorno Karabakh capital city of Stepanakert, where he is to meet with the local authorities and Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan. February 24 the rapporteur is expected to hold meetings with the RA leadership as well as with the members of the Armenian delegation in PACE. T. Davis will visit Azerbaijan February 25.
